Harbour House & Andi Tuck at the Porthleven food festival

On Saturday the 27th of April, Harbour House head chef Andi Tuck held a demo at the Porthleven food Festival. The ever popular culinary festival runs from Friday to Sunday and has a wide range of entertainment on the line up. This include’s chef demo’s and talks as well as live music and DJ sets late into the evening. For this year Andi cooked coal roasted John Dory, smoked caviar & finished it with a sea greens butter sauce. For Andi’s second dish he cooked ember baked Mussels in an XO butter. Being able to highlight the Harbour House style at one of Cornwall’s elite food festivals has been a really exciting opportunity.
