We are looking for someone who is passionate, hard working, enthusiastic and organised to join our restaurant management staff. As the restaurant manager at Harbour House, you’ll be expected to bring your experience to the table.
From when you come in, you lead by example, pulling everything together to ensure both customers and the rest of the team have a great time. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Serve food and drinks to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Be knowledgeable about menu items and specials.
Pay: £35,000 per year plus generous tips
