When the Guardian asked a group of chefs to pick their dream meals across Europe, we were so stoked to learn that Chef Margie Nomura, host of the Desert Island Dishes podcast, chose the Beachhouse in Devon.
She said “We were lucky to get a table […] with steaming bowls of fresh mussels and the most delicious prawns. A testament to fresh ingredients and simple cooking, it was one of those memorable meals where, in the moment, everything was perfect.”
Schoolhouse in Devon and Harbour House in Flushing, were also featured. Alongside a range of other amazing spots from across Europe.
