At Beach House, we’re proud to serve the freshest local oysters, handpicked from the pristine waters of the Camel Estuary in Cornwall.

Our oysters come straight from Porthilly Shellfish, a family-run business with a reputation for exceptional quality and sustainability. Starting as a small oyster farm on the Rock side of the estuary, Porthilly Shellfish has grown over the years to operate across four sites, cultivating Pacific oysters and blue mussels while staying true to their local roots.

Thanks to their on-site purification facilities, they deliver oysters that are not only bursting with flavour but meet the highest standards of quality and safety. These oysters are clean, fresh, and utterly delicious.

We serve the oysters raw, with cider and shallot vinegar for a classic touch, a picanté dressing for a little heat, or a Bloody Mary twist.

Whether you’re new to oysters or a seasoned fan, these local delicacies are perfect as a starter to share, or have them all to yourself!
