Andrew Tuck takes the helm at Flushing’s Harbour House

Restaurant Online – With a change in chefs comes a bit of press! At the start of the month, Restaurant shared our news in a little piece online.

They wrote: “Andrew Tuck is to take the helm as head chef of the kitchen at Flushing’s Harbour House pub from the beginning of February.

The Cornwall based chef, who specialises in open fire cooking and has featured on the BBC’s Great British Menu, joins Harbour House having recently left his role heading up the kitchen at the St Kew Inn in Bodmin.

“The location styling and philosophy that Tamara and William have set for Harbour House is ideal for me, allowing me to bring my unbridled creativity over the flames to the fore, creating a whole new take on a Cornish pub ‘menu’, all based on the freshest of product that is picked, plucked or cut from the surrounding lands and seas” Says Tuck.
