These beauties come to us straight from Start Bay, hand-picked by local divers at Start Bay Shellfish just around the corner. Known for their sustainable practices and dedication to quality, each scallop is carefully selected by hand.
We keep it simple to let the scallops’ natural sweetness shine. Grilled in their shell, they’re topped with a rich Café de Paris butter; a blend of herbs and spices that melts into the scallop, adding a delicate, savoury depth to each bite.
