Seafood Platter Lobster Dish at Beach House Devon

At Beach House Falmouth, as a seafood restaurant in Cornwall, we’re proud to champion sustainability and support our coastal community.

Through the National Lobster Hatchery’s “Buy One, Set One Free” initiative, every lobster dish enjoyed at Hooked On The Rocks (before our rebrand to Beach House Falmouth) contributed £1 towards their vital conservation work in Padstow.

This partnership has helped protect Cornwall’s lobster populations while showcasing the finest local seafood on our menu. Thanks to our customer’s support, we raised over £1,000 in 2024, including an additional £235 from October onwards.

The National Lobster Hatchery, based in Padstow, plays an essential role in raising baby lobsters for release into the wild, giving them the best chance to thrive. By sourcing our lobsters from Ned Bailey in Mylor, a trusted local supplier to restaurant’s in Falmouth, we ensure the freshest Falmouth Bay lobster reaches your plate, celebrating the exceptional quality and flavour.

We’re thrilled to announce that this initiative will now extend across into Beach House Falmouth and our other restaurants serving lobster; Harbour House Flushing and Beach House Devon.
