We are looking for an organised sous chef to join our kitchen team. Responsible for supporting the Head Chef, assisting with all aspects of cooking, management & prep for the main kitchen.
Time management, attention to detail and team work are essential skills for the role.
Our little public house on the water’s edge in Flushing, just a stones throw across the water from Falmouth. Open all day for drinks and food, Flushing is a fishing village on the south coast of Cornwall. Located right on the harbour front, it is the perfect place to relax, have a beer and watch the world float by. Fire & smoke is at the heart & soul of our pub. We are able to make the most of what is already abundant on any particular day, whether that is from the local day boats or from the organic farm all but a mile up the hill.
